Shipping Policy
The shipping fees are fixed, and a local company that operates in the United Arab Emirates area will handle the orders. The delivery time may vary from 1 to 5 business days, depending on the order quantity and the distance of the area.
Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns and issue refunds for damaged goods caused during delivery within 24-48 hours. However we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for goods damaged by the customer, as we cannot be held responsible for selflicted damage.
